Here are some other sites that I enjoy and/or that I thought might help to explain adapted swimming, OI, or the Paralympics a little more.  I've also added a few of my friend's sites and some links just for fun!

Here's a few of my favorite sites:

The International Paralypic site below has world rankings and records on it.  (I'm an SB4 S6 and am world ranked in 100 back and breast.)  You can check as I move up (not down!).

There's also the US Paralympic Site...you can select swimming to see our performance plan and other information on the team.  There's also tons of information on the other sports.

This site was started by Tom Kuhl to increase media coverage for Paralympic athletes.  He features swimmers and there are video clips of several members of TEAM USA!  I have been given the honor to be one of his athletes featured in the future so check it out.

To learn more about Osteogenesis Imperfecta, contact me, or check out the OI Foundation's site below.  You can also check out the transcript of my 2002 webcast on "Becoming a Paralympic Athlete"

Audacity Magazine is an online magazine written for and by people with disabilities.  I have my own online forum on the site under sports.  and there are TONS of interesting articles each and every month.

And last but DEFINITELY not least, here's a link to the Challenged Athletes Foundation.  They have sponsored me for the past three years and without them I would not have been able to have traveled and competed at the level I have.  Thanks CAF!

Click here for a site made by a fellow OIer, Tom, swimmer from Austria-Vienna(right now it's in German!)

Click here for Penny's site. I got a chance to meet her in Athens. She has OI and swims in Britain!

Check out Tyler Deith, a wheeler who uses his chair to skate.  You gotta see these videos! He drops into ramps and his site promotes activity for people with disabilities.
