The Paralymics were in Athens, Greece from September 17-28th, 2004. Here's a little about my experience
as a Paralympian. There's also a Friends from Team USA page.

| Our time was short in England for the World Cup but overall the team did well. |

My last international meet was the World Cup in Manchester
England held in May 2005. It was a bit of a rough meet because I only had one event and was DQed for arching my back.
I try to learn from disqualifications, but am still a little confused on this one because due to the metal rod in my spine,
it doesn't arch! It was still a good opportunity to gain international experience and swim with the top in the world
in my event, the 100m breaststroke.
